Rafsanjani calls on officials to help create ‘political epic’

TEHRAN,June 2(MNA) – Expediency Council Chairman Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani called on Iranian authorities to help create a “political epic” on June 14, the day Iran is scheduled to hold its 11th presidential election. On Saturday, Rafsanjani said that the concerned officials should pave the way to create a political epic which is a prelude to an “economic epic” in efforts to tackle the country’s economic problems.
