Russia calls for quick resumption of Iran-5+1 talks

TEHRAN,Oct.28(MNA)– During a press briefing on Friday, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Alexander Lukashevich called for a quick resumption of negotiations between Iran and the 5+1 group (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council and Germany) over the country’s nuclear program. The Russian official said that the U.S. presidential election on November 6 should not cause a long interruption in negotiations because it will negatively affect the process of talks.
