Russia to help Mongolia build sports hall

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Ambassador of Russia to Mongolia Iskander Azizov Wednesday met with the Mongolian Olympic team, who attended the 2014 Winter Games in Russian Sochi. The meeting was also attended by Ms Ts.Oyungerel, the Minister of Sports, Culture and Tourism, Mr D.Zagdsuren, the president of the Mongolian Olympic Committee, and Mr R.Rash, a president of the Mongolian Ski Association. Mr Azizov expressed a willingness to cooperate with Mongolia in sports, recommending involvement of Russian firms in construction projects for a stadium and a sports complex in the country. He is confident that the proposed joint projects would be a symbol of the cooperation of our countries in humanities and investments. Ms Oyungerel thanked the Ambassador for the cooperation in sports, and said the President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj had issued a decree to advance winter sports in the nation. "We want learn Your experiences in developing winter sports," she added.
