The Russian -U.S. contacts are always fruitful and give a chance to address serious issues, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Thursday. "We always look forward to your visits, because they always take place in a businesslike atmosphere and give an opportunity to make some progress in resolving serious issues," Putin said.
