Speaker meets NAMBC authorities

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Speaker of parliament Z.Enkhbold together with Ch.Saikhanbileg and N.Enkhbold MPs received Ms Pamela Slutz, a chairwoman of the North America-Mongolia Business Council (NAMBC) ojn Wednesday. Present were also some members of the NAMBC and the US investors. The NAMBC started cooperating with Mongolia from 1990s in developmental difficult times of transmitting to democracy and is continuing this cooperation when the mining is booming in Mongolia, he noted and thanked the Council for this. Since the establishment of the diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the USA, our country and North American countries have been collaborating successfully in the politics, culture and business fields, Mr Enkhbold said. The Speaker and MPs also talked about investments addressing those businessmen who are taking part in the 16th conference of the NAMBC here. A former US Ambassador to Mongolia and NAMBC chairwoman Ms Slutz said she is satisfied with visiting Mongolia again, and expressed a willingness to make investments to Mongolia from the USA and Canada, to propagandize Mongolian culture and customs to these countries and to augment number of tourists to Mongolia.
