Ties with U.S. outside authority of president, cleric tells candidates

TEHRAN,May 4(MNA) – The interim leader of this week’s Friday prayers in Tehran called on presidential hopefuls not to comment on relations with the United States as this issue falls within the Supreme Leader’s authority. Ayatollah Emami Kashani also advised the candidates to set out their presidential plans within their administrative responsibility.
