Trips from Iran to Samarra temporarily canceled: Iranian official

TEHRAN,Dec.19(MNA) – Massoud Akhavan, an official at Iran’s Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, announced on Tuesday that the trips from Iran to the holy Iraqi city of Samarra, which are organized by the organization, have been temporarily canceled due to security problems in the city. On December 14, two Iranian pilgrims were killed and 20 others injured in a terrorist attack on a bus transporting them to Samarra.
