Turkey, Iran sign memorandum of understanding on judiciary

TEHRAN (A.A) – March 7, 2012 – Turkey and Iran signed memorandum of understanding foreseeing cooperation in the area of judiciary. Turkish Justice Minister Sadullah Ergin, who is currently in Iranian capital of Tehran, met with Ayatollah Sadeq Larijani, the head of Iran's judiciary. After the meeting that lasted for one hour, Turkish and Iranian officials signed the memorandum of understanding. Ergin said that the memorandum of understanding would boost friendship and brotherhood between the two countries.
