REACTION FROM BDP, REJECTION TO SILIVRI
Tension has risen in politics as there are only 4 days for the new term to begin in the Turkish parliament. 28 independent MPs have decided to boycott the parliament "until independent deputy Hatip Dicle was returned his rights as an MP". Meanwhile, a Turkish high criminal court has rejected the release demands of Prof. Mehmet Haberal and journalist Mustafa Balbay who have been elected deputies from Republican People's Party (CHP) in the latest elections.

NATION'S WILL DISREGARDED
CHP chairman Kemal Kilicdaroglu delivered a harsh statement after his party's central executive board meeting. "Democracy has been wounded," he said. Criticizing the court's rejecting Haberal and Balbay's release demands, Kilicdaroglu said such ruling had struck a blow against the nation's will. "We won't remain silent against such move. We will carry on with our fight in a determined way until we achieve a solution within the parliament," the chairman noted.
