Turkish foreign minister arrives in Benghazi

BENGHAZI (A.A) - August 23, 2011 - Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu arrived in Libyan city of Benghazi on Tuesday.
Davutoglu is expected to hold talks with officials from the Interim Transitional National Council.
