Turkish national defense minister meets with Saudi crown prince
RIYADH (A.A) - 02.03.2011 - Turkish National Defense Minister Vecdi Gonul met with Crown Prince and Defense Minister Sultan bin Abd al-Aziz Al Saud in Riyadh.
Turkey-Saudi Arabia bilateral relations as well as recent regional and global developments were high on agenda of the meeting.
Following the meeting, Gonul inaugurated the Defense Industry Undersecretariat's Office at the Trade Center.
On Tuesday, Gonul is expected to meet with President of General Intelligence Prince Miqrin bin Abd al-Aziz Al Saud and Commander of National Guard Mitib bin Abdallah bin Abd al-Aziz Al Saud.
After visiting the international Turkish school of the Turkish Embassy in Riyadh on Wednesday, Gonul will proceed to Jeddah to meet with Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) Secretary-General Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu.
