Turkmen president receives outgoing coordinator of Turkish development agency

ASHGABAT (A.A) - August 17, 2011 - Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov received Kemal Ozcan, the outgoing Turkmenistan coordinator of the Turkish International Development and Cooperation Agency or TIKA, in Ashgabat on Wednesday.
Berdymukhammedov said during his meeting with Ozcan that TIKA had opened its foreign office in Turkmenistan in 1993, adding the agency's projects over the last couple of years on human resources and capacity utilization were of great importance.  
Ozcan said on his part that TIKA had introduced many projects in Turkmenistan in agriculture, economy, finance, highways, health, education and culture.
