US Congressman pays tribute to January 20 and Khojaly tragedies

Washington, February 23, AZERTAC US Congressman from New Jersey Donald Payne has made a statement paying tribute to those who lost their lives in January 20 and Khojaly tragedies. He said “Black January” of 1990 saw the Soviet troops invade Azerbaijan`s capital of Baku and surrounding areas killing tens and injuring hundreds of civilians. The Congressman also commemorated victims of the Khojaly tragedy.
