Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appoints observer to monitor Azerbaijani presidential elections

Baku, March 28, AZERTAC The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (parliament) will send an observer to monitor the presidential elections in Azerbaijan on April 11, said the press service of the Rada. Head of the Ukraine-Azerbaijan inter-parliamentary friendship group Maksim Kuryachiy will observe the voting in Azerbaijan. He will arrive on April 10, and is expected to make a statement after the elections.
