West’s silence led to continuation of blasphemy in French weekly:Iranian official

TEHRAN,Sept.22(MNA) -- In a press release published on Thursday, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said that the West’s silence over the blasphemy against Prophet Muhammad (S) led to the French weekly’s act of sacrilege. Mehmanparast called the sacrilege a continuation of a conspiracy orchestrated by the Zionist regime and said that the French government should understand Muslims’ religious sentiments and condemn such insulting measures.
