West Not Entitled To Make Nuclear Demand From Iran : Larijani

Tehran, June 13, IRNA – Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani said on Wednesday that the West has no right to make any nuclear demand from Iran. Addressing the open session of Majlis, Larijani said the parliament supports the Iranian negotiators and seeks fulfillment of Iran's peaceful nuclear rights. He regretted that the West has adopted the double-sided policies against Iran's peaceful nuclear program. Larijani noted that western countries are suffering from misunderstanding over Iran's peaceful nuclear activities. After the victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979, the West has been trying to create obstacles in the way of Iran's access to peaceful nuclear energy, said Larijani, reiterating that the Iranian nation has stood against them and defend its nuclear rights./end
