Zaman daily's office in Netherlands gets attacked

ROTTERDAM (A.A) - March 20, 2012 - Zaman daily's office in the Dutch city of Rotterdam was attacked by unidentified assailants on early Tuesday. Zaman daily's Manager in the Netherlands, Ismail Erdem, said that five individuals with masks broke the windows of their Rotterdam office at about 02.00 a.m. on Tuesday morning based on images recorded by a security camera. Dutch Police have began an investigation into the incident in Rotterdam. "Based on the video recordings, we think that this was a planned attack. We do hope that the assailants would get arrested soon. We also hope that the Dutch officials would investigate the matter throughly," Erdem said. Recently, Zaman daily's offices in France and Germany came under attacks.
