Qatar Chamber: Qatar-Vietnam Trade Volume Crosses QR 2 Billion

Doha, March 06 (QNA) - HE Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Le Thi Thu Hang praised the close relations between both countries, calling for Qatari investors to invest in her country, which offers multiple opportunities in various sectors. This came during her meeting with Qatar Chamber First Vice-Chairman HE Mohamed bin Twar Al Kuwari. The meeting dealt with economic and commercial relations between both countries and the means to enhance them, strengthening cooperation between the private sector on both countries in various economic sectors and reviewing the investment climate and opportunities on both sides. Bin Twar indicated that the trade volume between Qatar and Vietnam grew by 33% from QR 1.5 billion to more than QR 2 billion, which reflects the strength of commercial relations between them and the common desire of both sides to boost these relations.
