Re-structure of the Board of Directors of Qatar Stock Exchange

 

 

Doha, March 16 (QNA) - Qatar Holding has issued decision No. 1 of 2023 on the restructuring of the Board of Directors of Qatar Stock Exchange Company. 

The new Board consists of: HE Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Qassim Al-Thani as Chairman, HE Mansoor Ebrahim Al Mahmoud as Vice Chairman and all of Hamad Khalaf Al Maadadi, Andre Went, Sheikh Salman bin Hasan Al-Thani, Mohammed Khalid Al Ghanim, Waleed Jassim Al Musallam, Yousuf Mohamed Al Jaida, Abdulla Mubarak Al Khalifa. 

It's worth noting that Qatar Stock Exchange is wholly owned by Qatar Holding. (QNA)
