This keenness is a top priority for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During a meeting at the Embassy headquarters in Beirut with the Lebanese Interior Minister of the Caretaker Government, Bassam Mawlawi, the Saudi Ambassador expressed gratitude for the successful rescue of the Saudi citizen and extended appreciation to the Lebanese army command and all security agencies involved. Under Mawlawi's supervision, the liberation operation was carried out swiftly and professionally. The ambassador confirmed that the Saudi citizen had undergone medical tests and was in good health.
Bukhari emphasized that these security efforts demonstrated the Lebanese authorities' commitment to providing all necessary means to maintain security.
Mawlawi highlighted the ongoing coordination with Bukhari throughout the kidnapping period and the security measures taken to expedite the operation's resolution.
