100 new COVID-19 cases recorded in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Sept. 7, 2021. / Kabar /. 100 new cases were reported in Kyrgyzstan on Tuesday, bringing the total to 176,682, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said. A total of 170,745 people have been successfully cured and discharged from hospitals so far, including 121 new recoveries during the past 24 hours. The headquarters also reported 3 new deaths, raising the death toll from the infectious virus to 2,557. 788 of the active cases are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country and 1,139 patients are being treated at home. Kyrgyzstan has started COVID-19 vaccine jabs on March 29 using China-donated vaccine. To date, a total of 707,453 people have received their first vaccine shots against COVID-19, while 489,189 have taken two doses.
