Baku hosts 'Genocide and terror as main points of Armenian ideology' conference

Baku, April 4 (AzerTAc). The Human Rights Institute of the National Academy of Science of Azerbaijan has hosted an international conference called 'Genocide and terror as main points of Armenian ideology'. The event was opened by director of the Human Rights Institute, MP Ayten Mustafayeva who spoke of the history of creation and activity of Armenian terror organizations in the 19th and 20th centuries, as well as the policy of genocide against Azerbaijanis and other Turkic peoples. Mustafayeva also said that the main aim of the conference is the adoption of a final document which will reflect the further joint activity with Turkish lawyers, historians and politicians to attain the punishment of Armenian criminals who committed the genocide in Khojaly and other Azerbaijani settlements.  The conference was attended by scientists and experts from Russia and Turkey. The main goal of the event was informed participants the legal documents adopted at the international, regional and national levels concerning the aspects of the reality of genocide in the context of protection of human rights in the present-day world.
