Famous US numismatist visits Khazar University

Baku, June 4 (AzerTAc). Joel Forman, famous US numismatist has visited Azerbaijan`s Khazar University. He exposed his collection of various ancient coins and donated them to the University. Accompanied by the contributor of the ANAS Archaeology and Ethnography Institute Ganira Pirguluyeva, Forman got acquainted with the ancient coins at the numismatic exposition in Icharishahar, the ancient inner city of Azerbaijan`s capital. Joel Forman said he was going to open an exhibition of the ancient and modern Azerbaijani coins in Washington.
