Over 10 thsd Kyrgyzstanis received coronavirus vaccine in past day

Bishkek, Oct. 8, 2021 . / Kabar / . Another 10,614 Kyrgyzstanis were vaccinated against coronavirus infection in the last 24 hours, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said Friday. Thus, 6,049 people received the first dose of the vaccine, while 5,565 people were vaccinated with the second shot. In Kyrgyzstan, number of people received the first shot of coronavirus vaccine stands at 857,969, and 649,971 have been vaccinated with the second dose. Kyrgyzstan has started COVID-19 vaccination campaign on March 29. The country inoculates its citizens with Sinopharm, Sputnik V and Astra Zeneca vaccines.
