Pink Caravan partners with ADCB for unique fundraising scheme

Abu Dhabi: Pink Caravan, the pan-UAE breast cancer awareness initiative by the Friends of Cancer Patients (FoCP) charitable society, has announced that it will benefit from a unique fundraising initiative by Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) this October. To mark Breast Cancer Awareness month, ADCB has pledged its support to the breast cancer charity through its ATM donation programme. Fiona Darby, Head of Sponsorships at ADCB commented, "We feel honoured to be able to contribute to this outreach through the wonderful programmes and initiatives organised by Pink Caravan across the country." Commenting on the collaboration Secretary General for the Friends of Cancer Patients charitable society and Head of the Pink Caravan's Medical and Awareness committee, Dr. Sawsan Al Madhi, said, "This collaboration represents a great opportunity for Pink Caravan to raise significant awareness and funds - two critical elements in our fight against breast cancer.
