REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE OF GANJUUR SUTRA IN UNESCO WILL BE KEPT AT NATIONAL LIBRARY

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A Certificate on the registration of the Ganjuur Sutra in the World Tangible Heritage list will be kept at the National Library of Mongolia. This event will take place in the Rare and Valuable Books Museum at the library on December 13. The Minister of Culture, Sport and Tourism of Mongolia Ts.Oyungerel, FM L.Bold and other officials are expected to participate in the event. Moreover, an exhibition of Intangible Cultural Heritages of Mongolia , Mongolian Calligraphy and Mongol Ger, registered in the UNESCO, will be displayed. The certificate was officially handed over to the FM Bold by the Director-General of the UNESCO Irina Bokova on November 7.
