Young scientists’ international forum wraps up in Baku

Baku, May 26 (AzerTAc). The “New Challenges in the European Area: Young Scientists` International Baku Forum” marking the 90th jubilee of national leader Heydar Aliyev has wrapped up in Azerbaijan`s capital. The event was co-organized by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Youth and Sports and Azerbaijan Young Scientists, Postgraduate and Masters Union (AYSPMU) in close cooperation with Eurodoc. The forum brought together 160 scholars from 32 European countries, as well as 190 scientists from Azerbaijan. The Forum aimed to promote cooperation among the young scientists and researchers from European countries, and build new relations and conduct exchange of scientific data and information. The Forum was also designed to strengthen the existing young scientist networks within the European Research Area and facilitate the establishment of new international cooperation. President of Eurodoc Slobodan Radicev expressed his gratitude to the Azerbaijani Government for the excellent organization of the Forum. The forum was addressed by renowned professors Magsud Efendiyev of Germany, Martin Romancik of Finland, Victoria Chelemendik of Ukraine and Gulam Babayev of Azerbaijan.
