Shura Council Chairman praises Bahrain-Kuwait historic ties

Manama, Mar.14 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh received Kuwait National Assembly delegation, led by Thamer Al Suwait, on the sidelines of the 146th IPU Assembly, currently held at the Exhibition World Bahrain.

During the meeting, Al Saleh hailed solid historic relations binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, noting both countries’ development strides.

He highlighted parliamentary relations between the Shura Council and Kuwait’s National Assembly, praising the Kuwaiti delegation’s active participation in the 146th IPU meeting.

The Kuwaiti delegation also lauded strong fraternal and historic relations between the two countries, praising Bahrain’s outstanding organization of the global event.
