AFC Futsal Asian Cup 2022 to Kick Off Tuesday

Kuala Lumpur, September 21 (QNA) - The AFC Futsal Asian Cup (Kuwait 2022) will kick off next Tuesday until Oct. 8 including 16 teams in 4 groups, which returns after a four-year hiatus for (Covid 19). With host nation Kuwait, Group A will include Iraq, Thailand and Oman, while the Group B will include Uzbekistan, Bahrain, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, and C will include Iran, Lebanon, China Taipei and Indonesia, and the last one D Japan, Vietnam, South Korea and Saudi Arabia. The Iranian national team was crowned the title of the championship in 2018, after beating Japan 4-0 in the final match. (QNA)
