Al Sadd Wins First Friendly Match in its Preparatory Austria Camp

Vienna, July 12 (QNA) - Al Sadd Sports Club football team played Monday evening the first friendly match during its training camp, held in the Austrian capital Vienna, and will continue until July 20, in preparation for the new season 2022/2023. Al Sadd won with two clean goals by Santi Cazorla and Muhammad Al Quraishi in its match against a local Austrian club. Al Sadd will play 3 friendly matches during the current camp, which includes technical and physical training, in order to prepare the team for the new season under the leadership of its new Spanish coach, Juan Manuel. Al Sadd will seek to keep the title of Qatar League (QNB Stars League), which the club won for the past consecutive seasons, by facing Al Markhiya SC football team next August at Khalifa International Stadium.
