Al Shamal, Al Sadd Qualify for Qatar Basketball Cup Semis

Doha, January 27 (QNA) - Al Shamal qualified for the Qatar Basketball Cup semi-finals following a 95-90 victory over Al Ahli on Wednesday. Al Shamal needed an over-time to seal the win after the original time ended 80-80. Also, Al Sadd advanced to the Qatar Basketball Cup semi-finals after a 90-71 win over Al Rayyan on Wednesday. On Monday, Al Shamal will take on Al Sadd in the Qatar Basketball Cup semi-final. The winner of Al Gharafa and Al Wakrah on Saturday in the quarter-final, will take on Qatar SC on Monday in the semi-final of the Qatar Basketball Cup. (QNA)
