Bahrain beat Haiti 6-1 in friendly match

Manama, Sep. 1 (BNA): Bahrain beat Haiti 6-1 in the first friendly match which was played today at the national stadium. Ali Madan struck the first goal after four minutes, before his teammate Mohammed Al Romaihi doubled the score from a penalty kick 8 minutes later. The national squad led in the first half 5 - 0, with Mohammed Marhoon, Ahmed Boughamar and Ali Madan adding three more goals respectively in 22nd, 24th and 27th mns of the match. Haiti bounced back to score the first goal through Fakios 54 mn into the second half, before Ali Haram sealed the final victory for Bahrain, with 6th goal. The national squad will take on Jordan in the second friendly match as part of the tripartite championship on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the national stadium.
