Doha, February 03 (QNA) - German club Bayern Munich will arrive in Doha next Saturday to participate in the Club World Cup, which will be held in Qatar for the second time in a row from 4-11 February with the participation of 6 clubs. Bayern Munich, currently at the top of the German League, will play its first Club World Cup match on February 8th, with the winner of the Qatari Al-Duhail and Egyptian Al-Ahly SC match in the semi-finals. A source revealed that the German team will arrive in Doha on Saturday after playing its match in the 20th round of the German League against Hertha Berlin next Friday. Bayern Munich will get a break from training on travel day (Saturday) after Covid-19 tests. The German team, through the FIFA Club World Cup, is looking to add the 6th title in one season after winning 5 titles in the 2020 season, which are the DFB-Pokal, DFL-Supercup , UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Super Cup.
