Binay of Turkey becomes European champion in snatch
SPORTS: -KAZAN (A.A) - 13.04.2011 - Turkish weightlifter became European champion in snatch at the weightlifting championship in Kazan, Tatarstan.
Mete Binay of Turkey competing in men's 69 kg, won gold medal and became European champion after lifting 154 kilograms in snatch at the 90th Men's 24th Women's European Weightlifting Championships.
Razvan Constantin Martin of Romania came the second with 150 kg and Vladislav Lukanin of Russia won the bronze medal with 146 kg.
