Draw for Main Rounds of Final Day of HH the Amir Sword Festival Held

Doha, February 18 (QNA) - The National Museum of Qatar hosted Wednesday the draw for the main rounds of the final day of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani Sword Festival which will take place at the Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club (QREC) Al Rayyan Park in Doha for three days starting from Thursday. The draw for round 7 of HH the Amir Trophy (QA GR 1), which its prize is $1 million (2400m) and presented by Longines, includes Aspetar Owned by HE Sheikh Khalifa Bin Mohammed Bin Khalifa Al-Thani; Masterpiece owned by Zakhir Racing; Noor Al Hawa (owned by Al Wasmiyah Farm; Off He Goes owned by HE Sheikha Iman M K Al-Thani; Otwo owned by Hamad Ahmed Hassan Al Malki Al Jehani; Pedro Cara owned by HE Sheikha Reem M K Al-Thani; Quelindo owned by Mohammed Hassan Ali Abdulmalik; Standard Deviation owned by HE Sheikha Yasmeen Bint Mohammed Bin Khalifa Al-Thani; Berkshire Rocco owned by Berkshire Parts & Panels Ltd; and Hellenistique owned by Injaaz Stud. The draw for round 8 of HH the Amir Sword (GR1 PA), which is sponsored by Al Hazm, includes Akmar owned by Mohammed Nasser R A Al Naimi; Baker De Saularie owned by Eng. Meanwhile, the partnership between the Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club (QREC) and Al Hazm, of Al Emadi Enterprises, a model example of the optimum cooperation between sports entities and domestic companies, who support prestigious sports events. The collaboration between QREC and Al Emadi Enterprises has been running for 11 years now, making the company a major and active partner in the top racing events associated with QREC both in Qatar and overseas. While the 2021 renewal of the HH the Amir Sword Festival is scheduled to kick off in a few hours, a new agreement between QREC and Al Hazm was announced earlier today. Under the agreement, Al Hazm will be a partner of the HH the Amir Sword Race, the finale rounding off the Festival, which will take place between 18 and 20 February Mohammed Abdul Karim Al Emadi, CEO of Al Emadi Enterprises Group, said: It is a great honor for us to be once again partners in this race.
