FIRST VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP RUNS AMONG EUROPE-BASED MONGOLIANS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ First ever volleyball championship among Europe-based Mongolians has run in Herentals city, Kingdom of Belgium. The event, organized by Belgium's Mongolians Union with a support of Embassy of Mongolia to the country, took place November 31-December 1. This action brought together 18 teams with 160 players from Austria, Great Britain, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, France and Sweden. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Belgium Kh.Davaadorj and Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ts.Oyungerel addressed the gathered and wished them a success. Next year, Austria will host the tournament.
