Gostaresh Foolad promoted to IPL

TABRIZ,April 6(MNA) – Gostaresh Foolad won a promotion to the Iran Professional League (IPL) on Saturday. With two weeks remaining, the Tabriz-based team was held to a 2-2 draw by Abu Moslem but secured promotion to the IPL. “We tried so hard to win a promotion to IPL. Gostaresh Foolad will get good results in the Iran Professional League, that’s for sure. We are going to recruit five new players in the transfer window,” Gostaresh coach Rasoul Khatibi said.
