HH the Amir Cup: Al Arabi Beat Al Sailiya 4-1 to Reach Semifinal

Doha, March 04 (QNA) - Al Arabi edged past Al Sailiya 4-1 in HH the Amir Cup 2021 quarterfinal clash that was played Wednesday at Suhaim bin Hamad Stadium in Qatar Club. With this victory, Al Arabi will face Al Sadd in the semifinal, as Al Sadd defeated Al Gharafa 5-0. This is the second time that Al Arabi and Al Sailiya met in HH the Amir Cup. The first was in 2012 when Al Arabi defeated Al Sailiya 1-0 in the second round matches. Al Arabi's goals were scored by Youssef Al Masakeni (62 and 73), Mehrdad Mohammadi (23), and Mohammed Al Neel (66), while Al Sailiya's only goal was scored by Mohannad Ali (12). (QNA)
