HH Shaikh Nasser congratulates Saudi Arabia on horseracing festival success

Riyadh, Feb. 21 (BNA): HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, has attended the Saudi Cup, especially the main race. High-calibre racehorses from all over the world competed at the various competitions of the two-day Saudi Cup, the world’s most valuable horse race, organised by the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia and held at the King Abdulaziz Racecourse in Riyadh. In a statement, HH Shaikh Nasser said that the Saudi Cup is one of the most prominent horse racing events at the world level, as it is supported and patronised by the Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Denfence Minister, HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud. HH Shaikh Nasser congratulated Saudi Arabia on the outstanding success of the prestigious race which has a distinguished reputation at the international level, noting that it has become a favourable destination for famous owners and jockeys all the world, making its races the most exciting, given the fierce competition among jockeys. HH Shaikh Nasser expressed Bahrain’s pride in taking part in the second edition of the Saudi Cup, stressing Bahrain’s constant keenness to ensure the success of all sporting events hosted by sisterly Saudi Arabia.
