HH Shaikh Nasser hails Córdoba Club for historic qualification in Copa Federación

Manama, Oct. 28 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa has hailed the unprecedented achievements of Córdoba Club de Fútbol who qualified to the semifinals of the Copa Federación after beating Xerez 1-0 in the quarterfinals. Córdoba gave the most wonderful examples of the fighting spirit prevailing among the players and of the outstanding application of the instructions of the technical and administrative staff, HH Shaikh Nasser said. The support of the management for the team has contributed to achieving the qualification, he added. The historic achievement will boost the players' determination to continue their high-class play and achieve further victories, HH Shaikh Nasser said.
