Iran 2nd in Asian Junior Taekwondo Championships

TEHRAN,May 9(MNA)--Iran finished at second place in the 6th Asian Junior Taekwondo Championships on Tuesday. Held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Iran’s Pouria Erfanian Daneshvar claimed the gold medal in the 78kg division and his compatriot Aref Farshadmehr won the gold medal in the over-78kg class. Iran’s Abbas Alinejad, Meysam Ebrahimi and Mehdi Rafiei claimed the silver medals in the competition. South Korea won the championships.
