Iran finishes 2nd in Asian Junior Wrestling Championships

TEHRAN,June 17(MNA)--Iran came in second place at the 2013 Asian Junior Wrestling Championships on Sunday. The Iranian wrestlers won three gold medals, one silver and two bronzes and bagged 63 points in the competitions. India won the championship with 68 points. Kazakhstan also stood in third place with 55 points. The 2013 Asian Junior Wrestling Championships took place at the Saphan Hin's 4,000-seat Indoor Sports Complex in Phuket, Thailand. More than 500 wrestlers from 23 countries competed at the event.
