Iran Grabs 10th Medal In Olympic Games

Tehran, Aug 11, IRNA – Iran on Friday won another silver medal in the Olympic wresting competitions in London. Sadeq Goudarzi, Iranian wrestler in the men’s 74kg freestyle weight class, was defeated by the American wrestler Jordan Ernest Burroughs in the final game. Goudarzi had already defeated 3 rivals from Bulgaria, Uzbekistan, and Hungary. With Goudarzi’s silver medal, Iran’s total medals in the Olympic games reached 10; 4 gold, 5 silver, and 1 bronze.
