Iran Water Polo loses to Greece in World Youth Championships

TEHRAN,Dec.4(MNA)--Iran was defeated by Greece in the 2012 FINA World Youth Water Polo Championships on Monday. In the match held at the Challenge Stadium in Perth, Australia, the Persians lost to Greece 16-5 in Group C. Iran will face Uzbekistan on Wednesday. Iran has already defeated Trinidad and Tobago 9-7 and lost to Romania 11-4. A total of 110 games will be played throughout the nine days with the gold medal matches to be played on Sunday December 9.
