Iranian cyclist earns Olympic berth

TEHRAN,May 7(MNA)--Iranian cyclist Alireza Haghi booked a place in the 2012 London Olympic Games. In the competitions held in Iranian city of Yazd, Haghi finished first with a time of 1:11:42 hours. “I will have to be ready. I will take part in the China 13-stage tour ahead of the Olympics. It’s one of the most prestigious Asian events. I will do my best in the competitions. It’s a good event for preparing for the Olympics,” he said.
