Iran`s Ghasem Dehnavi joins Persepolis

TEHRAN,July 6(MNA) – Ghasem Dehnavi joined Persepolis on Wednesday on a one-year contract. The 32-year-old defensive midfielder initially joined Persepolis from Tractor Sazi but changed his mind and decided to join Sepahan. The Iranian Football Federation's disciplinary committee suspended his activities after Persepolis filed a complaint against the player. “I listened to my heart’s voice and returned to Persepolis. Hopefully the Persepolis fans will forgive me because I wanted to join Sepahan due to some personal problems,” Dehnavi said.
