Iran`s Mohammad-Reza Rudaki misses Olympics due to injury

TEHRAN,June 9(MNA)--Iran's super heavyweight judoka Mohammad-Reza Rudaki is doubtful for the London 2012 Olympic Games due to a knee injury. Rudaki has recently suffered an injury in Judo Grand Prix in Russia. He will undergo surgery on Saturday. Iran’s judo officials have said they are hoping the Iran captain could take part in the prestigious event. Iran's super heavyweight weightlifter Behdad Salimi also suffers a knee injury but the officials are hopeful he can return to training soon.
