Iran`s Persepolis signs Marko Scepanovic

TEHRAN,July 6(MNA) – Persepolis sealed a deal with Montenegrin Marko Scepanovic on Friday. The 30-year-old defensive player has joined Persepolis on a one-year contract. “I hope to satisfy the fans. I’ll do my best in Persepolis as I’ve done in each team I played so far. I knew Iran football since the team played Yugoslavia in the 1998 World Cup,” Scepanovic said. “I know some Iranian football players such as current Persepolis coach Ali Daei, Mehdi Mahdavikia, Ali Karimi and Vahid Hashemian,” he added.
