Junior Azerbaijani judokas bring home six medals from Italy

Baku, April 9, AZERTAC Azerbaijani fighters have brought home six medals, including a gold from the EJU Junior Training Camp in Lignano, Italy. The gold medal came from Balabay Aghayev in the men’s 55kg weight category. Rashkhan Bakhishaliyev and Yashar Najafov claimed silvers in the men’s 55kg and 60kg weight classes respectively, while Rovshan Aliyev, Ahmad Yusifov and Adil Karimli took bronze medals in the men’s 55kg, 60kg and 100kg divisions respectively. The tournament brought together 604 fighters from 36 countries.
