Leadership is congratulated on ARABBEST award

Manama, Nov. 29 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports, President of the Confederation of West Asian Athletic Associations and President of Bahrain Athletic Association has congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on ARABBEST award. He also congratulated His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister; His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister; and His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa representative of HM the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, on the occasion of the Bahrain Athletics Association's winning the prize of the best Arab association awarded by ARABBEST company during the awards distribution held recently in the Moroccan city of Marrakech in recognition of outstanding, innovative athletic associations in the Arab world. HH Shaikh Khalid affirmed that this award is the fruition of the support of His Majesty the King to the "Mother of All Games", citing the support of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and the efforts of all members of the association and member clubs. His Highness pointed out that the winning of this award by Bahrain Athletic Association is the source of pride and as a new certificate of recognition of the place of the "Mother of All Games" in the Arab arena.
